That’s why we offer our 24 month warranty to everyone with a Nokia handset. It means you can carry on with your life without worrying about your phone.

And if something does go wrong, there’s always help at hand…

At our London East Nokia Care Point we provide great support and answers to your questions and are always there to help.

We can take you step-by-step through stuff like backing-up your data and updating your software.

For repairs – If your device is within our 24-month European warranty, we’ll do our best to make sure you are up and running within 5-working days (unfortunately we are unable to directly support customers who have purchased outside of the EU with repairs – you will need to go back to your original purchase country). And to keep you connected whilst we repair your phone, we can even offer you a loan phone (subject to availability).

Our support is free – just come in to your nearest Nokia Care Point and we’ll do the rest.

Outside of warranty, we can do a chargeable repair and you’ll have peace of mind that your phone is being repaired by an expert using genuine parts.

And then finally, when you’re done with your phone or accessory we can recycle it for you, and then advise what handset or accessory to purchase next. We even stock the largest range of genuine Nokia accessories that you’ll find in the high street so drop by if you want to purchase something to enhance your Nokia.
